1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FilmAssist ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. FilmAssist is operated by Turbial Inc.

2. Services

FilmAssist provides AI-assisted film production tools including script review, script doctoring, production pack generation, on-set chatbot setup, script competition entry, and AI pre-visualization. All services are one-time purchases unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed through Stripe. By submitting a payment, you authorize us to charge the listed amount. Prices are subject to change, but the price at the time of purchase is honored.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership and all rights to scripts, photos, and creative materials you upload. FilmAssist does not claim any ownership, copyright, or usage rights over your work. Our AI analysis output is provided for your use and you retain ownership of any derivative works created from it.

The FilmAssist platform, website, branding, and technology are the intellectual property of Turbial Inc. and are protected by applicable laws.

5. Service Delivery

Script Review: AI analysis delivered instantly upon submission.
Script Doctoring: Notes and consultation call scheduled within 10 business days.
Production Pack: Generated within 48 hours of script upload.
On-Set Chatbot: Setup completed within 24 hours of all materials received.
Competition: Results announced by the 15th of the following month.
AI Pre-visualization: Delivered within 72 hours of photo upload.

6. Limitation of Liability

FilmAssist provides AI-assisted analysis and tools. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we make no guarantees regarding the commercial success, festival acceptance, or producer interest in any script submitted through our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is detailed in our Refund Policy. Generally, refunds are available before service delivery begins. Once analysis or content generation has started, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringes on third-party rights, or contains malware. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
