Our Commitment
We stand behind the quality of our services. If you're not satisfied, we want to make it right. This policy outlines when and how refunds are processed.
Eligibility by Service
Script Review ($10)
Full refund if requested before analysis begins. Once the analysis report has been delivered, refunds are not available. If delivery exceeds 14 business days, you are eligible for a full refund.
Script Doctoring ($99)
Full refund if requested before the script doctor begins work. Partial refund (50%) if work has started but the consultation call has not yet occurred. No refund after the consultation call is completed.
Single Production Pack ($70)
Full refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase and before the pack has been generated. No refund after the production pack has been delivered.
On-Set Chatbot ($90)
Full refund if requested within 48 hours of purchase and before chatbot setup is complete. No refund after the chatbot is live and accessible to your crew.
Monthly Competition ($10)
Full refund if requested before the competition submission deadline for that month. No refund after the deadline as your script has entered the judging pool.
AI Pre-Visualization ($29)
Full refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase and before generation has begun. No refund after previz frames have been delivered.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] with:
- Your name and the email used at purchase
- The service purchased
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Most issues can be resolved quickly. Chargebacks may delay the resolution process.
